Summary

The main e-mail forwarding options available are:

Default
This is used to forward e-mail that does not have a specific forwarding address
one to one
This is used to forward an e-mail that was sent to a specific user to another user
one to many
This is used to forward an e-mail that was sent to a specific user to a group of users

If you have subscripted to the e-mail update service, you can change your own e-mail settings or read your e-mail online.

Examples

In these examples the following rules have been set up for the following names at my-domain.com

Default

Any mail for xxx@my-domain.com where xxx is NOT sales, admin or a-team will be forwarded onto the user specified in the default rule.

One to One

Both sales and admin are one-one rules That is, any mail for these e-mail ids will be forwarded onto a single different e-mail id

One to Many

a-team is a one-to-many rule. That is, any mail for this e-mail id will be forwarded onto several different e-mail id
